Vungzagin Valte, BJP Kuki MLA and advisor to Manipur CM N. Biren Singh was allegedly attacked by a Meitei Mob in Imphal on 4th May, 2023. He was airlifted from the state capital and brought to Delhi where he was admitted in Indraprastha Apollo Hospital. The MLA suffered a brutal skull fracture that has left him unable to speak and walk. Mojo Story visited Mr Valte’s wife and son to speak to them as they recount the impact of the traumatic incident on them and their family.
