Will form coalition government with NPF – Manipur CM Biren

Talking to NDTV, Manipur CM Biren said they they will form coalition govt with NPF, as per the advice from the central leaders.

“To maintain and to keep the coalition dharaam, as per advice fof the central leaders, we are going to have coalition understanding governance with NPF”.
